There is no doubt that a theological education is a large financial commitment for students.  With education costs rising yearly in Canada, Acadia Divinity College is happy to offer one of the lowest seminary tuitions in Canada.  In addition, ALL students who come to Acadia Divinity College receive automatic financial assistance:
  • full-time masters students (M.Div. & M.A.) receive a minimum of $1,800 per year
  • full-time BTh students receive a minimum of $1,650 per year
  • part-time students receive $100 for every 3-credit hours

The continuance fee is payable annually if the thesis-project extends beyond one year, until the degree is completed. DMin students will register for DMIN 8806 for continuance status.
The program fee for the Doctor of Ministry is $12,000. Students are billed in eight equal installments (i.e. $1,500 minus any scholarship awarded) each September and January during the four years of their program. Students who choose to take more than four years to complete their degree are charged an annual $150 continuance fee.

D.Min. Alumni
Graduates of the D.Min. program are welcome to audit classroom-based courses, subject to available space. The audit fee is $300.
No written work will be required nor credit given, but participation in the class sessions of the courses in terms of attendance, discussions, etc. is invited, with the permission of the professor, for all auditors who complete the introductory required reading and register for audit in advance with the Registrar.
